A diverse group of people united by their interest in writing, make their way by boat, train or ‘plane to the village of St Ouen la Rouerie.
They’ll spend a few days, writing and relaxing in the comfortable home of Tony & Nikki Wright.
Nikki will look after the guests to make sure they feel at home, and Tony will lead the group through a morning work-shop, designed to stimulate and encourage the writers.
There will usually be a focus for the day:- script writing, planning a novel, writing for radio, etc..
After lunch at a local restaurant, there will be free time to explore the local sites, ‘though some may prefer to relax or continue writing alone.
Dinner will be informal, and will almost certainly involve a measure of wine ‘tasting’.
There is no compulsion to produce huge volumes of writing, although obviously Tony will encourage everyone to write a best-seller in 4 days!
